Do you provide food and/or food delivery?
Yes – we offer game day food delivery services from several local caterers and restaurants. Contact us for a list of available options. The delivery fee is a flat rate of $75 per pickup location.
How do I find my tent(s) on game day?
Unlike other tailgating services, you will not be asked to wander around the Grove looking for a sign with your name on the tent. You will be assigned a game day representative that is your designated contact person for game day. Your assigned rep will meet you in-person upon your arrival and will escort you and your guests to your reserved tailgating space. You may meet your rep at our Grove headquarters tent, or you may coordinate for them to come to you. We will be with you every step of the way. All game day instructions and your reps contact info will be emailed to you the week prior to the game.
What is your cancelation policy?
All sales are final, but you will be allowed to transfer your booking to a different game within the same season. For example, if you booked a tailgating package for LSU for $625 but need to cancel, you may transfer that $625 credit to any other game during the 2026 season. Any changes or game transfers must be requested prior to 14 days from the date of the game of your original booking. Within 14 days of the original game you booked, there will be no credits or transfers allowed.
Where will my tent(s) be located?
Upon booking, you will be prompted to provide a location request. The location of your tent(s) is entirely up to you. We setup all across the Grove, the Circle, and many other areas of campus. We can secure you a premium spot in the “heart” of the Grove, near the famous Walk of Champions, or anywhere else you prefer. If you have a specific spot or area you prefer, please describe that while booking and we’ll secure that for you. If you are not familiar with the area or don’t have a certain spot in mind, feel free to detail things like “less crowded” or “party scene”, or simply “Grove” or “Circle”, and we’ll secure you the best spot(s) available that match your criteria.
